1. If applicant is introduced to the project by Trsrealtors.com the credit for purchase of residential space or commercial space if any by the applicant in the specific project or any other project mentioned in the website of Trsrealtors.com, the credit for the same shall go to TRS REALTORS.
2. For sale/purchase of resale property I/we confirm to pay TRS Realtors 2% Brokerage plus service Tax of the total transaction value of property as consultation fees.
3. In case of Rentals I/we confirm to pay TRS REALTORS month rental+ service tax as brokerage.
